Picking Your Supportability Partner
At Love What's Next we believe that your Supportability Partner is a SUPER IMPORTANT contributor to your success. A Supportability Partner is someone who will support, inspire and encourage you but most importantly hold you accountable to what you say you want to achieve. We're much more likely to take action if we know someone is following what we are doing and tracking our goals, but also cheering us along and celebrating our wins!
The American Society of Training and Development (ASTD) did a study on accountability and found that with an accountability partner we're 85% more likely to accomplish and reach our goals. So now you can see why we believe the role of the Supportability Partner is so incredibly important.
How to pick the right one....Here are your guidelines for choosing your Supportability Partner:
We want to give you the best opportunity for success with the Project so we ask you to enroll your Supportability Partner in the "Supportability Partner Project" which will enable us to send them emails prompting them when to check in with you and what questions they should be asking. They are not committing to anything other than being your partner in the Project. It costs nothing and the only emails they will receive from Love What's Next are regarding their role as your SP.
Once you enroll them, we will send them an email asking them to confirm their role in the Project and they give us permission to send them emails.

- Someone you feel comfortable sharing WHY this is important to you and you can share your goals with them.
- A positive and uplifting person.
- Nonjudgemental. You enjoy talking with them and won’t have a problem sharing your progress or lack of progress with them.

What If My Supportability Partner Wants to Join Me?
They can also join you on their own LWNP journey and you can be each other’s SP. Sharing in the Project makes it more fun and increases your likelihood of reaching your goals even MORE! "Friend power is greater than will power!" In the "Supportability Partner Welcome" email we send once you enroll them in the "Supportability Partner Project", there are instructions as to enroll in the LWN Project. Everyone is welcome!
