Day 12: Park Far Away & Always Take the Stairs

​With the hustle and bustle of the holidays and all the extra things we have to get done in a day, getting to the gym or out for a walk just doesn't happen. Am I right?! So, this challenge is going to help you get your daily exercise in while running around town getting things done. 

​Challenge:
  • First, always park in the farthest spot in every shopping center, at your work place, and the grocery store.
  • In addition to that, take the stairs ever chance you can get. Stair climbing actually burns more calories than jogging! 

​We generally take in more calories during this time of year because of all the yummy goodies all around us and all the holiday parties we're attending. So just being aware of the little things you can do to offset those extra calories in simple ways only helps!  Obviously, this challenge comes from the Move It or Lose It Pursuit.
