"I am LOVING Love What's Next!  The timing couldn't be better for me to participate in this empowering, motivational, thought provoking (and more) women's group!  I am a mother of five beautiful children, with a 10-year age range from 12 to 22.  I have no more little kids!!! I've been feeling a little melancholy of late because of this.  Don't get me wrong, I do enjoy this new phase of parenthood.  That's why I think Love What's Next is going to work amazing things in my life.  After feeling a little "lost" without little kids (who need me!), I can already see that working this program will allow me to thoroughly enjoy "what's next" in my life's journey.  Learning to find joy, to enjoy little moments, to reflect, and more is already such a blessing!  And to be able to share with other women who are on the same path to Love What's Next, and to hear others' stories and support each other makes this group very very special. I was introduced to LWN through a friend and coworker. She raved about it about a year ago at work. I thought, "That's nice for her," not considering it for a moment. A couple months ago, while feeling quite down about a recent injury that took me out of work and my active lifestyle, the challenge to join was presented. It was the right time for sure. Although not able to walk on my own, I accepted the challenges with open arms and remember the dance challenge. I danced like a crazy lady in my front room with my crutches! It was so fun and got me out of the doldrums and gave me little things to do each day to feel accomplished even though my previous normal life was interrupted. LWN has helped me regain focus despite my present adversity: I smile more and am more engaging with the people I encounter, which makes a better world and a better ME!

"My favorite part is that each challenge is something small and manageable but has a big impact on the rest of your day! They keep reminding me that the little things in life are worth looking forward to."

The Love What’s Next Project inspires me on a daily basis. Nicole Cavey has created unique, innovative ideas that challenge, motivate, and encourage you to find what you love and embrace what’s next. By joining the project, I have met inspirational women and discovered what I want to accomplish. I can’t wait to see what this next year brings. "I love the fun of positivity and hearing each and everyone's perspectives! So fun to get to know a new group of people who are finding fulfillment!"

The Love What's Next project has had such a positive impact on me during my transitional period of life after college. It has challenged me to break out of my comfort zone and embrace the future! I'm so grateful for the amazing women and mentors I have had the honor to meet and become friends with. I am so looking forward to continuing this journey to find my true purpose and be full of joy! The Love What's Next project is such a positive, challenging, inspiring, and beautiful journey that I truly look forward to daily!

You know how you go to your best friend for advise? LWN is just like that, plus insane amounts of inspiration, motivation and self reflection. While your best friend probably won't hold you accountable, LWN taught me how to hold myself accountable and truly find what's important to me for inner peace and happiness. I came in to this project a really happy person with not a lot of routine in my life. Because of the lessons I've learned, I've created a morning routine that doesn't involve an hour of social media, shifted the energy in my house and created a place for magic to happen, got serious about a project I've talked about for a decade, and I learned it's okay to go to Starbucks for an occasional chai  because it brings me happiness. My favorite part about this project is it's not a "you have to do this in exactly this way".  It's a "here's some tools to help you figure this out ~ use what's best for you". We are each on our own journey, and LWN makes our individuality our strength. And when we come together in our CIRCLE and cheer each other on, I can feel my world falling into place. I love everything about this journey, and I am excited for what the future holds.

"This year my youngest daughter(of 3) went off to college. It caught me off guard how fast it all happened. It seemed like overnight my house became very quiet and I found that I was somewhat at a loss. I was immediately drawn to the project title, "Love What's Next". The assignments are very positive and the group comments are so helpful as I begin to rediscover myself in this next wonderful phase of life!"

When I was first introduced to this project I immediately fell in love with the concept and overall idea. It was much later after it was developed that I got involved in one of the challenges and participated. Honestly I wasn't quite sure the impact it would have on me, but I really wanted to participate and see what I might learn or discover about myself...even though I was scared of what it might bring out (shhhh, that's a secret).

Fully committing to the LWN projects allows me to take simple steps away from my daily grind toward my more authentic self and changes the way I start and finish my day. I can get caught up in intellectual and theological debates in my own head and this project has helped me reconnect with my fun, loving, empathetic self in a meaningful way. I am daring to also share this version of myself with the world without fear and judgment which is huge for my introverted self. Plus having Nicole and the LWN community as personal cheerleaders to my efforts is AMAZING.

"I am so happy LWN came along when it did! I am an "all in" person. I'm not sure if it comes out of joy, excitement, anticipation, curiosity, (or fear of missing out ), but I have always loved adventure, trying new things, traveling, etc. And, for right or wrong, the "all in" mentality also goes for work too.

So LWN reminds me to breathe. And actually ENJOY whatever I'm so frantically "all in" the middle of. So first, Do! ...but also Breathe! and Enjoy!
I love engaging with vibrant, diverse women who support each other, recognize each other and "like" or "love" or "laugh" with each other on social media. The LWN Project does exactly what it should. Reminds me to Love What's Next!"

It is so easy to get caught up in life and forget to give yourself some love too. That is exactly what Love What's Next does. The challenges are so simple yet leave big impacts on yourself and sometimes even other people. The Love What's Next challenges make you step outside of your comfort zone (even if its just a little step) and give you the tools to practice self-care, kindness and gratitude. I have journaled for as long as I can remember. I love that journaling is also apart of this project. Love What's Next is incredible and has taught me to love myself and be nicer to myself, work towards being a better daughter and older sister, and to love others and try to put a smile on someones face everyday.

"I not only love the challenges but I also seriously love hearing about what everyone else is doing too! I love everyone's take on things!"

When I first was introduced to "Love What's Next" as a concept by my friend, Nicole Cavey, I was intrigued. Because of my former business relationship with her and her leadership, I knew it would be great! I have always been a person who enjoyed the anticipation and challenge of the next trip, opportunity or adventure. The idea of LWN was already on my radar this year due to a milestone birthday and the stage of life (empty nest) I am in. At the beginning of the year I decided to really concentrate on my health and wellness--especially mindset. I knew if nothing changed--nothing was going to change. When this project came along it fit what I was wanting to accomplish in personal development quite well. The challenges have been so enjoyable and inspire us to do things we may have forgotten to do when going about our day to day work and duties. I love the positivity and hearing everyone's perspectives. I always seek being involved with women who support each other and offer ideas and support. It is so fun to get to know a new group of people who are finding fulfillment.
