What does the Free Project entail?
The Free Project is the easiest of all our projects. It’s a great way to learn what we are all about here at Love What’s Next. During the two week free project, we send you a total of eight simple “challenges”, right to your inbox. Every evening before the next day’s challenge you receive an email telling you about the challenge for tomorrow. As with anything, you don’t have to do the challenge if you don’t want to. No one is “keeping score” but as you will learn, if you choose to do the challenge, it opens up your opportunities to further explore and progress whatever your “what’s next” may be. We send a reminder email the morning of the challenge. This short reminder also has instructions on how to move on to the next day’s challenge once you finish that day’s challenge. Simple right?!
How hard is the Free Project?
All challenges in the Free Project are what we consider the easiest on our ratings scale and that is why we give them a “one heart rating” (one heart is the easiest and three hearts is the most challenging). None of our challenges in any of the Projects are “difficult” but the ones with more hearts simply take a bit more of your time/effort and typically take a few more days.
How much time will it take?
Each challenge within the Free Project is designed to take very little time to accomplish (think 5-30 minutes). That being said though, it’s really up to you how much time you want to spend on each challenge. You always have at least one day to accomplish each challenge and in some cases more than that. You also have the option to choose not to do a particular challenge. We always encourage you to try to do them all but we also understand not everyone will have time or desire to do a specific challenge for one reason or another. NO JUDGEMENT!!! Are projects are all about simply enabling YOU to explore, consider, and discover as much as YOU want.
What's an example of a challenge I might see in the Free Project?
Because all of our challenges are based upon six categories that we call Pursuits, YOU will encounter a challenge that relates to one or more of the pursuits. The six Pursuits are Redefine Normal, Simple Bliss, Move It Or Lose It, Stash Some Cash, Humans, and Limitless Spark. An example of a challenge within our Simple Bliss Pursuit (life's simple pleasures) might be to "buy YOURSELF your favorite flower today". In the Project we will highlight how simple pleasures can contribute to YOUR happiness in a grand way when you know what your Simple Bliss is. A Redefine Normal challenge might be to "change your screensaver image on your computer and cell phone to represent something YOU are inspired to achieve in the next year." This challenge keeps your goal front and center just by having an inspiring image in front of you every day to remind you that this is important.
What does it cost?
The cost of the Free Project is FREE! There are no hidden costs anywhere. If we say FREE we mean it! Of course you can guess that we are giving this free project to you to in order to give you some exposure to our products and we are optimistic that you will love it enough and find so much value in it that you will want to join in with us in one way or another at some point after completing your free project!
What if I’m not on social media?
No worries at all! This project is email driven so you will never miss out on any challenges or project information by not being on social media or by choosing not to check social media very often. We choose to use social media as a convenient way for participants to engage with one another and to share how they are using the challenges (as well as enjoying them) to love what’s next.
What if I don’t like sharing on social media?
Not a problem at all! We would still encourage you to join our groups/check in on our posts to see what others are posting and to be a part of the group by simply observing. Love What’s Next utilizes inspirational stories and experiences to help our participants. We encourage you to read what others are posting & doing, simply to gain inspiration exposure to even more inspiration. You won’t ever be forced/pressured to participate and share on social media within this project or any of our projects.
How can I invite my friends?
This is a very popular question! YES!
Many of our participants find it more fun to go through the Free Project with their friends and/or family members. Inviting your friends is very simple and there are a couple ways to do this.
What do I need to participate?
It is really pretty simple… All you will be required to have is the ability to receive emails…. That’s it! It doesn’t matter if it is through a computer, cell phone, or ipad, or anything else. The concept of journaling is introduced in the Free Project so we encourage you to have a journal of some sort (or at least a notebook). We also find that participants that bring an openness to consider some new approaches and a desire to be challenged get the most out of their experience… but even that isn’t required! :) Other than that...you are all set!
Will others know and see all the aspects of the challenges I do?
No one within the group of participants (or anywhere else for that matter) sees anything that you are doing within the project. As you would imagine, it’s completely your choice whether or not to share about your experiences within the LWN private Facebook group page that aligns with this project.

- You can also send them to the website page titled “Free Project” where there is a sign up section on that page as well as a button to enroll.
- You can also copy and paste this link into an email and personally invite your friends to join you in the Free Project. http://www.lovewhatsnext.com/free-project-sign-up.html
